When my father works as a chef in Bangkok , I spent most of my time with him going to the market ,selecting the best and fresher ingredients , preparing them carefully , and them “at least “to cook them .
My gift was the fullfilment of our guest when they were leaving the restaurant – completely satisfied – with a great smile – as any body who just spend a memorable time !
