My father was a great cook, preparing recipes whose secret were passed on  from one generation to another one.    
                    That was his pride and he was very keen to transmit this “know how “ to his children
                                                             and especially to me , Leng.

When my father works as a chef in Bangkok , I spent most of my time with him going to the market ,selecting the best and fresher ingredients , preparing them carefully , and them “at least “to cook them .

My gift was the fullfilment of our guest when they were leaving the restaurant – completely satisfied – with a great smile – as any body who just spend a memorable time !

I would like to share with you my knowledge’s and experiences of these Thai traditional dishes.

I have been teaching Thai cooking in Koh Chang  for almost 3 years and It’s now 4 year since I open my own cooking school “Smile Koh Mak “
I have therefore a very good practice of teaching to foreigner and to explain them how they can adapt these recipes once back home to their country .
